Addiction Treatment and Intervention Services

Experienced and well trained case managers, degreed psychotherapists, Licensed Professional Counselors, and CRNP’s provide quality Outpatient services to clients with Substance Use, Addiction and/or Co-Occurring Disorders. Specializing in both Individual and Group therapy, our staff is committed to your growth and recovery. Our staff psychiatrist is board certified in Psychiatry and provides select Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Our long standing TASC (Treatment Alternatives/Accountability for a Safer Community) Outreach team has 35 years combined experience working in communities providing intervention information and education around substance usage. Our staff are highly trained and certified in Addictions in order to teach in the community.

Mental Health Treatment

Our caring and dedicated staff is made up of a multidisciplinary team of experienced, Board Certified psychiatrists, CRNP’s, nurses, Masters degreed therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and degreed case managers, who are trained to work with a wide range of behavioral conditions and circumstances. The staff work in a professional and ethical manner to provide high quality services to our clients by using various evidenced based practices such as Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Children Services

Outpatient team of therapists, case managers, and Student Assistance & Prevention Liaisons have extensive experience providing services to children, adolescents and their families. Whether providing counseling services in the office or in the schools, our staff is committed to supporting children and families in their process of change and development. Staff is degreed with backgrounds in Social Work, Psychology and Education, and Licensed in Professional Counseling. Staff psychiatrists are board certified in Child Psychiatry. Our team is knowledgeable in mental health, substance use, the school system, foster care, and the CYF system.

Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

With well over 100 Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) in our IDD homes and Adult Training day programs, our staff have long term experience working in the Human Services field with education levels of BA/BS degrees and High School Diplomas. Each staff receives extensive training in providing support in areas of medication management, advocacy, daily living skills, prevocational training and community participation.

Employment Services

Our Employment Staff are here to assist individuals with challenges in attaining the highest possible level of vocational independence, fostering the development of skills and positive outcomes needed to create a meaningful, satisfying vocational experience, as well as the attainment of Competitive Integrated Employment. Staff have years of experience and education including BS/BA degrees, with some specifically in human services, certification in supported employment (CESP or ACRE) and High School Diplomas. Whether assisting clients in areas of Facility-based prevocational, Community-based Prevocational, or Supported Employment, our staff is committed to the vocational development of the clients we serve.

Recovery Services

Our Psych and Social Rehabilitation team has combined experience of over 100 years in the field of Recovery Services. Their education includes; MA, BS/BA, associates and high school diplomas. Several of our staff are CPRP certified.

Teams of Service Coordinators (SC’s) and Supported Housing staff have decades of experience working in the community and are extremely knowledgeable in community resources. They are Bachelor and Master degreed in Education, Criminal Justice, Social Work, and Psychology.

MYCS is mindful of the importance of addressing the physical health issues of our clients as well as the emotional issues. Seasoned RN’s in our Behavior Health Home program has thirty years of nursing experience focused on assisting individuals with the integration of physical and behavioral health services.

Mental Health Residential Services

Our Residential staff is highly committed to the residents they serve. With staff coverage needed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, they are responsible for every aspect of a resident’s life, and are dedicated to helping them achieve their day to day goals. Along with many years of experience, over 30 of our staff have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. All the staff receive extensive training in assisting residents in various areas such as daily living skills, medication management, socialization and community integration opportunities.
