Evidence-Based Practices

Evidence Based Practices—refers to the integration of clinical expertise, the best research evidence available, and patient values into the decision making process for patient care. The goal of EBP is to encourage the use of safe and effective treatments most likely to achieve results and lessen the use of unproven and potentially unsafe treatments for our patients.

Mon Yough has implemented various EBP’s throughout the agency including Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MET).
