Angora Gardens is located in a historic farmhouse in beautiful White Oak Park. The mission of Angora Gardens is to provide service to any individual in need of social rehabilitation so that he or she may develop or regain the skills necessary to live, work and socialize within the community. It is our belief that individuals working together to create an interdependent community will succeed in creating a restorative environment. This will help them to rebuild and restore the confidence and skills necessary to lead productive, satisfying lives.
The site is open to the public for house, garden and barn tours and for special events. The gift shop offers high-quality artwork created by individuals and volunteers with much love and pride. The greenhouse overflows with an abundant variety of unique and unusual annuals, perennials and herbs sure to enhance any garden or home.
