The MYCS DUI Program has been specializing in DUI education and treatment services for over 20 years. The classes are offered in a group setting, unless an individual setting is requested. The classes are held in a relaxed, safe, and non-threatening environment. Currently, we offer three separate programs:

  • First time offender education classes and treatment groups.
  • Multiple-offender education classes and treatment groups.
  • Multiple offender electronic monitoring and treatment groups.

Underage Drinking Program
This program is designed for persons under age 21 who have been charged with a drug and/or alcohol violation. This program is offered in conjunction with local magistrates as a possible alternative to fines, license suspension and court costs. We offer formal assessments if required by the magistrate, and an 8-hour educational class on the personal and legal effects of underage drinking. We encourage self-exploration and self-diagnosis in a safe and comfortable environment. Other topics covered in the class include:
